National Skill Training Institute (Women) Jaipur was established in October 1994, under the aegis of Directorate General of Training (DGT),
The institute is expanded in 7 acres land having well equipped workshops and classrooms as well as hostel facility for trainees and residential facility for the staff.
The NSTIs organize regular training programmes in trades having high employability. Training programmes are designed on industrial pattern, which includes 8 hours of regular training each day - 5 days a week with no vacations in between the training programmes, leaves etc. are as per the rules of the Government of India.
Presently, Under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (DGT) These known as National Skill Training Institutes. The Vocational Training facilities have been established through a network of 14 NSTIs and 16 NSTI (W) at Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Panipat, Kolkota, Tura, Indore Allahabad, Vadodara, Jaipur, Rajpura, Shimla, Agartala, Patna and Trichy.
